The governing council comprises of all the trustees of JPSF and is overall responsible for successful running of the school. It is responsibility of Governing Council to raise adequate fund for subsidizing the education of students. Governing council will take help of other councils namely Executive Council, Parents Council, Faculty Council and student council in discharge of its duties. One of the trustees of JPSF in the Governing Council shall act as chairman of the governing council.
